New Client Procedures and Online Client Portal
Getting started is easier than ever!
Click on the Simple Practice icon to get started. Appointments may be self-scheduled as far as 4 weeks in advance and as soon as 48 hours before the appointment.
All other scheduling, including Friday availability, requires calling or texting 352-281-0034. Please include your e-mail address in your voicemail or text so that the New Client paperwork can be sent to you via the Client Portal.
All new client appointments require a credit card on file to hold your appointment.
Your card will only be charged in the event of a no-show or a late cancellation within the 24 hour window.
New Client paperwork must be completed 48 hours prior to the appointment to avoid cancellation.
